He states that the liquid lens adopts the principle of bionic, similar to the way a “human eye lens” is installed in mobile phone lenses. The flowable liquid is wrapped by a film, which replaces the traditional optical lens, realizing the change of focal length and focus.
Moreover, since this lens supports zooming, it can be used as a telephoto lens and can also achieve macro function, which should save a lot of “makeup lenses”.
