Redmi K40 Pro+ will go on first sale in China, starting today

Later the last month, Xiaomi has introduced its Redmi K40 series in China. The series includes three smartphones – Redmi K40, K40 Pro, and K40 Pro+. As the names of the devices themselves suggest, the Redmi K40 Pro is a strong version of the Redmi K40, whereas the Redmi K40 Pro+ is the premium smartphone in the entire series.

All three phones have the same display and design. Also, they come in the same color options, but the hardware underneath differs, especially the camera hardware. Moreover, the K40 and K40 Pro already went on sale previously.

Meanwhile, the top variant Redmi K40 will go on sale today (March 26) at 10 o’clock morning. Furthermore, the Redmi K40 Pro+ offers three color options – Glossy Black, Icy White, and Dreamland.

Interested mobile phone users can purchase it from Mi.com and Mi Home store. Its 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at 3699 yuan (US$ 572 / Rs. 41,610 approx).

Redmi K40 Pro+ specification:

The Redmi K40 Pro+ sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. It equips Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

On the other hand, the triple rear camera setup of it includes a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor alongside 8MP and 5MP cameras. On the front, it has a 20MP selfie shooter.
