Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite receiving Android 11 along with January 2021 security patch

Just recently, the Chinese OEM, Xiaomi has started to roll out the Android 11 update for Mi 10 Ultra smartphones. Meanwhile, the company is sending an Android 11 update for Mi 10T Lite smartphones globally.

Alongside Android 11, the device is also receiving January 2021 Android security patch for better system security and users’ experience. Mi 10T Lite users can identify the update via MIUI 12 version V12.0.2.0.RJSMIXM. And, to install this, users will have to download the package of 2.7GB on their phones.

Besides the latest update, Mi 10T Lite was launch in September 2020 and has recently become a part of the enterprise-approved list from Google. It is the only second non-Android One device from the Chinese company to receive the AER certification, following the Redmi Note 9 Pro from last year.

Moreover, the handset entered the smart devices market with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G and Android 10 based MIUI 12. It features a quad-camera setup that includes 64MP primary, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth, and another 2MP macro camera.

On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter. Adding to this, the device sports a 4820mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
