While doing this process, our device must be connected with a USB error. Have the extraction mode turned on and the media tool (MTP) option.
Steps to solve the USB problem:
- Go to the device manager of our computer
- Open the portable devices, there will be a driver with an exclamation mark at the bottom
- Download the driver from the link here, remove it, create a folder, and put it in
- Right click on the driver with the exclamation mark and update the driver software
- Two options will appear, click on Scan my computer for driver software.
- From the Browse option, come to the desktop, select the folder in which you put the driver, and install it.
