Recently, it was reported that Qualcomm will release its upcoming Snapdragon 895 chip ahead of schedule. It could be at least half of a month before its original launch schedule. Meanwhile, a piece of new information claims that it could lead to Xiaomi launching a new flagship in early December.
However, the name of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship hasn’t disclosed yet, it could be the Mi 12 series that is currently in talks. Also, the Mi 12 Ultra is said to come equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 895 mobile platform.

Other than this, similar to Mi 11, which was the first-ever smartphone to equip Snapdragon 888 chip, the Mi 12 will be the first to feature Snapdragon 895 processor.
The General Manager of Lenovo has previously announced that its upcoming premium smartphone will arrive with Snapdragon 895 SoC and will launch before New Year’s Day. Thus, the Mi 12 could also be in line with a similar launch date.
Does Xiaomi introduce a single Mi 12 smartphone or the vanilla will come paired with other models too? Right now, we cannot say anything. Last year, Xiaomi uncovered Mi 11 alone in China, later it was introduced in other markets and then the tech giant launched other smartphones of the line in several markets together.
