After an era of leaks and rumors, Xiaomi has finally introduced another smartphone from its Mi Mix series, Mi Mix 4. Earlier this year, it released Mi Mix Fold, which was the company’s first foldable smartphone while the Mi Mix 4 is its first under-display camera phone.
In addition, the device has become the world’s smartphone to equip Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset. There are many other unique features that the Mix 4 carries. Below you can check the complete specifications of the new-gen Xiaomi smartphone.

Display:
Xiaomi Mi Mix flaunts a 6.67-inch AMOLED 3D curved display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The screen is a 10-bit TrueColor panel with a 500,000:1 contrast ratio. Also, there is also Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the display.
The display uses a micro-diamond pixel technology that reduces pixel sizes and increases pixel brightness. This re-designed display allows for better camera zone transparency.
Processor:
As mentioned above, it is the world’s first device to be powered by the newly released Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus processor. The chipset is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Software:
The phone runs MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11. It is expected that Mix 4 will be among the first Xiaomi phones to receive MIUI 13 update.
Camera:
The camera under the display up front is a 20MP that can shoot videos in 1080p at 30fps, or in 720p at 120fps and 960fps.
At the rear, there is a triple-camera setup with a 108MP primary sensor, wide unit with PDAF and OIS. The other two cameras are 8MP periscope telephoto and 13MP ultrawide sensors. The 8MP unit comes equipped with PDAF, OIS, and five times optical zoom.
Battery:
There is a 4500mAh battery capacity with support for 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The wireless tech has a default mode that takes 45 minutes to charge the phone to 100% while a Boost mode takes just 28 minutes.
For wired fast charging, boost mode charges the phone in just 15 minutes while normal mode takes 21 minutes. Xiaomi claims that the maximum rear temperature of the phone while charging at 120W is 37°C.
