On March 30, the second day of the Spring New Product Launch Event, Xiaomi has finally launched its first foldable smartphone, Mi Mix Fold. Right now, the smartphone is only official in its home country but reports claim that it will soon be introduced in global markets.
Besides, the new information reveals that the company is preparing to launch its successor, another Mi Mix Fold. Weibo blogger DigitalChatStation says that with model number J18s, the company has already started testing the upcoming phone.

The report further exposes that both internal and external displays on the device will have support for a high refresh rate, either 90Hz or 120Hz.
Besides this, previously, we have reported that an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone having code name ‘ARGO’ will feature an under-display camera technology. While later it was revealed that ARGO has model number J18s.
Thus, the upcoming foldable smartphone from the company will come with an under-display camera. In terms of camera configuration, it will have a 108MP primary sensor, along with a 3X Liquid lens, and an ultra-wide sensor.
We expect that more information about the device soon will go online. As the launch date for the device hasn’t been suggested yet, the device will not go official before August. There’s a possibility that it could go on sale by the end of this year.
