Xiaomi has already set the launch date for Mi Mix 4, which is August 10. However, this launch date is only for China and the officials haven’t said any word on its global launch.
Meanwhile, it looks like the phone will not make its debut in global markets. As per the fresh information by Agatha Tang, Product PR of Xiaomi Global, Xiaomi has no plans to release the Mi MIX 4 outside China.

It’s disappointing for Xiaomi fans who were waiting to get the taste of under-display camera technology with Mi Mix 4. However, it was already known, still, there were some expectations at its global launch.
Right now, we cannot clarify whether the Chinese tech will change its mind and release it globally. Its predecessor Mi Mix 3 5G and Mi Mix 3 were introduced in several markets other than China.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 Specifications (Expected):
We already know that Mi Mix 4 will be Xiaomi’s leading under-display camera phone. It is reported that Mix 4 is the world’s first proactive solution for flexible curved screens. It will use hyperboloid screens that are said to be more delightful to the eyes than the four-curved screen.
A leaked live video shows that the front-facing camera sensor is placed in the middle of the screen. It is implemented such that there is no clear difference between the result of the front camera and the rear camera.
Moreover, the device equips a Snapdragon 888+ chipset, a 5000mAh battery with a 120W fast charging solution, and a 50MP Samsung GN1s primary camera. About software, it will run MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11, of course.
Besides, the TENAA listing for the device reveals that it will be available in two storage variants such as 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.
