After several leaks and rumors, Xiaomi has finally announced the launch date for Mi Mix 4. According to the officials, it will be uncovered on August 10 at 7:30 PM (local time). Of course, the phone will only be available in China for now.
Besides Mi Mix 4, Xiaomi is also expected to introduce the most awaited Mi Pad 5 and MIUI 13. However, there are reports that Mi Mix 4 and Mi Pad 5 will not run MIUI 13 out of the box.

Anyways, the company hasn’t confirmed any of the specs of the Mix 4. Several reports have claimed that it will be Xiaomi’s first under-display camera phone, which is previously hinted at by an executive.
Other than this, it will be equipped with 6.67 inches Huaxing Optoelectronics 1080p+ hyperboloid under-screen camera solution and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset. Its camera setup could include a 50MP Samsung GN1s primary camera.
Its 5,000mAh battery supports above 120W wired fast charging and around 80W wireless fast charging. Moreover, the product has recently appeared in the TENAA certification database. The listing reveals that the phone will be available in two alternatives such as 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.
Aside from these, the phone’s weight is 226g (using umcp5 flash memory) and its price will be nearly Xiaomi’s current high-end smartphone – Mi 11 Ultra.
Mi Mix 4 Design:
So far, we have seen several renders of the upcoming smartphone. For the front, we know that it is a UDC phone, thus, it won’t have any cut out for the selfie shooter. But the back of the phone is still unknown.
A few days ago, a concept render published the renders of Mi Mix 4, which shows the quad-camera setup along with a secondary display. Although, there are reports that Mi Mix 4 will not have any rear display.
