On May 13, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has officially launched the Redmi Note 10S smartphones in India. The Redmi Note 10S is very similar to the base model Redmi Note 10. However, the company has already introduced it in global markets on March 4.
But globally it runs the Android 11 based MIUI 12 operating system while in India, it launched with the latest MIUI 12.5 operating system. In regards, the company said that this is the interim version and a full version with all the features including the option to uninstall system apps will be added via OTA update.
