Meanwhile, a famous Weibo blogger, DigitalChatStation has revealed the key specification of the device. It could be possible that Xiaomi is preparing to launch the product this month.

Moreover, in February this year, the same tipster has informed that the tech giant will release two Redmi gaming smartphones, one will be powered by Dimensity 1100 chip while the other will be powered by Dimensity 1200 SoC. So the latter one has been already launched as Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition and the former is yet to be confirmed.
In the new Weibo post, DigitalChatStation has exposed that the next gaming phone will have a Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charge support. On the rear, it will a 64MP primary camera.
However, he hasn’t disclosed the other cameras, neither there’s an information about selfie shooter. He said, Redmi K40 Gaming phone’s display has a centrally aligned punch-hole design.
Besides, the phone may introduced in the markets as a Lite version of the original Redmi gaming phone. About pricing, the K40 Gaming phone starts at $311. Therefore, there is a possibility that its Dimensity 1100 SoC variant may start around $249 or $264.
