Xiaomi will release stable MIUI 12.5 update for Mi 11 Ultra on April 30

Yesterday, Xiaomi start sending MIUI 12.5 beta updates for Mi 11 Ultra smartphones in China. Now the company is planning to release the stable MIUI 12.5 update for the device.

As per the new information, Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the MIUI 12.5 development version for Mi 11 Ultra will be released today and the stable version will be delivered at the end of the month.

Previously, Xiaomi announced that the MIUI 12.5 stable version will be fully released on April 30, 2021. The first compatible models are Mi 11, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10 Ultra, and Mi 9 SE.

The MIUI 12.5 stable version of the previous Xiaomi Mi 11 Extreme Edition/Ultra is set to be released in the second batch and will not be released until the end of May.

  • Xiaomi CC9 Pro
  • Redmi Note 9
  • Xiaomi CC9
  • Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Edition
  • Redmi Note 8 Pro
  • Xiaomi Mi 9
  • Redmi K20 Pro

Aside from this, as per the company’s MIUI 12.5 rollout plan, some old devices such as Mi 8 series, Mi Mix 3, and Mi Mix 2S will also receive MIUI 12.5 update. However, they are not eligible for Android 11.
