Poco F2 Pro gets new update alongside February 2021 security patch

Back in May 2020, Poco F2 Pro entered the smartphones markets with a pre-installed Android 10 operating system. However, the smartphone is now running on the latest Android 11 MIUI 12 OS.

Coming to the new information, the device is now receiving a new software update which mainly installs the February 2021 Android security patch. This security update prevents your device from unnecessary bugs and issues as well as increases the security of your device’s system.

Adding to this, when you install this update on your handset, you’ll see documents can now be recognized in real-time. On the other hand, Poco F2 Pro users can identify the newest update via MIUI 12 version V12.2.5.0.RJKMIXM.

Note: The update is only accessible for global users now, it may soon be rolled out for other region users.

Other than this, as we know that Xiaomi has released the newest version of its custom skin MIUI, MIUI 12.5 in December 2020, it is now official in international markets also.
