Just recently, we have seen a new Xiaomi phone with model number M2102J2SC passed China Compulsory Certificate (3C), which is expected to be the upcoming Mi 10.
In the meantime, two more devices with the model number M2012K11AC and M2012K11C also spotted at 3C in China. However, there no information regarding the device name but it is said that they are from the Redmi K40 series.

Furthermore, the 3C listing reveals that these smartphones will support 5G networking and 33W fast charging. Indicating that the launch is near in the country.
Other than the 3C listing, the Redmi K40 is set for launch this month. The smartphone could be powered by SD 888 or 870 SoC. Also, we have reported that the typical battery capacity of the Redmi K40 series would not be less than 4500mAh.
Earlier, Lu Weibing on Weibo posted the image of Redmi K40’s packing boxes, one is thick while the other one is thin. It indicates that the K40 will either have different variants or it will not provide a charger in some boxes.
