Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version number 21.2.2. The update is expected to be released before 18:00 today. As per the update log, it adds a new card background blur effect in intelligent assistant.

Also, it adds the smart charging feature to the system. This feature will learn your charging and usage habits to extended battery life while charging. For example, at the night, it will take longer to charge your device.

Other than this, as the system stability is being tested, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Mi 10 Youth Edition, Mi CC9 Pro, Redmi K30, Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro, and Redmi Note 8 test results will be released later.
Starting from April 24, 2021, Redmi Note7, Redmi Note7 Pro, Mi CC9e will stop the development version internal beta test.
