Redmi Note 9T set to launch on January 8 [Official]

We have been hearing several news and leaks about the upcoming Redmi Note 9T smartphone. Some rumors also say that the phone is a rebranding of Redmi Note 9 4G (China).

Several speculations about the launch date for Redmi Note 9T have been surfing on the internet. While the company has now officially confirmed that the smartphone is going to launch on January 8 in Europe.

Besides the launch date, the tweet also reveals that the upcoming Redmi Note 9T will be uncovered at 20:00 (GMT+8). Also, the company said, “we have #MoreThanPhones surprise for you.” It indicated that Xiaomi is bringing something new for its fans. 

Earlier, Xiaomi Spain confirmed in a tweet that January 8 is the launch date for this device. But unfortunately, the tweet had been taken down.

Other than this, as the future Redmi Note 9T is a rebranding of Redmi Note 9 4G (China) and Redmi 9 Power (India), we can expect it to have almost similar features and specs. The Redmi Note 9T should come with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS display, a Snapdragon 662 processor, and a large 6,000mAh battery.

Its quad-camera setup may include a 48MP Primary Camera, 8MP Ultra-Wide angle sensor, 2MP Depth sensor, and another 2MP Macro sensor. On the other hand, it could feature an 8MP front-facing camera.
