According to the official release of Xiaomi, Xiaomi studios jointly built by Xiaomi Group and many colleges and universities across the country have been unveiled and put into use. At the same time, Xiaomi’s cooperation with many domestic universities has entered a new stage.
Moreover, the first batch of Xiaomi studios has been launched in 14 well-known domestic universities including Tsinghua University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and Nanjing University.

Furthermore, Xiaomi Group is deeply aware that the main body of talent training in colleges and universities, and the experience of industrial practice is in the enterprise. Under the background of the current employment environment, society has put forward new standards for talents, and the talent training goals and models of colleges and universities also need to be well connected with the requirements of the times.

In 2022, the Xiaomi Group will rely on the Xiaomi studio, through the Xiaomi elite meeting, to the teachers and students of the whole school, focusing on 7 major events including Xiaomi classrooms, technology competitions, joint training of innovative talents, school-level master and doctoral forums, and industrial cooperation research tracks. The key cooperation direction is to empower students to find employment, incubate innovative and entrepreneurial projects, transform industrial research results, and promote the construction of new engineering disciplines integrating production and education.
