In late November, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand officially launched Redmi Note 11 4G smartphone in China. Soon after the smartphone goes official, rumors started spreading that the device will soon step out of its home country.

In a recent development, MySmartPrice reports that Redmi Note 11 4G global variant with model number 2201117SG gets listed on IMDA and EEC certification databases, hinting at its early launch. According to the report, the phone could launch globally earlier in 2022.


The device seems to be for Singapore markets, however, it will definitely reach other global markets such as Europe, etc. Also, the device is rumored to launch in India as well. Previously we have our hands on the storage and color variants of its Indian model.

It houses a 50MP quad-camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the other side, the device has an 8MP snapper for selfies and video calls. As of software, it runs on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 OS.
