MIUI Notes is the official Xiaomi app for taking virtual notes. In the recent development, the company has begun sending a new update for its Notes app.
In itself, this new update has been released as a part of MIUI 12.5. Going by the information, it adds new widgets for the application, thereby improving access to these.

Reportedly, these are two new widgets that users can add to any of the different desktops that they have in their Mi, Redmi, or Poco smartphones.
These new widgets allow users to access the different task lists that they have created in the Notes application more quickly and easily. In addition, users can find a small format widget that will show up to three tasks.
On the other hand, a large widget will allow you to see as many tasks as possible at a glance.
Anyways, right now, this update has been only released in China. However, as it is a stable firmware, it will soon reach global and other region users.
MIUI Notes:
The idea of using MIUI Notes is to replace all those little papers that you use to note down the things you don’t want to forget and you always lose. Basically, it lets you have a bunch of virtual posts on hand at all times where you can note down anything you want. A new password you just changed, your shopping list, gift ideas, a friend’s address, anything.
Even though MIUI Notes is not particularly recommended for writing huge blocks of text, it does have all the features you could want in a notes app. You can align or center the text, use bold or italic text, change the font size, and of course choose between several different fonts. In short, you can customize your notes to make them look however you want.
MIUI Notes is a great app that not only lets you keep your notes with you wherever you go, but also gives you the possibility to back them up in the cloud automatically. This way, even if you lose or forget your phone, you’ll still be able to access everything you have written in your notes.
