Xiaomi releases 69ms low-latency game function for Redmi AirDots 3 Pro

Today, Xiaomi officially released the 69ms low-latency game function of the new Redmi AirDots 3 Pro. This feature can be used after updating the device with the latest firmware.

The official claims that the headset supports 69ms low latency, but from the official publicity and comment feedback, this function seems to be only provided for Redmi Note 10 Pro. Can’t say if it is the chip.

Besides, after the China launch in May this year, these buds went official in global markets but as Redmi Buds 3 Pro.

Redmi AirDots 3 Pro Features:

While labeled as budget pair of earphones, the AirDots 3 Pro brings active noise cancellation, wireless charging, and a low latency mode which are all features you’d normally have to pay a premium for.

They pack 9mm drivers and 3 microphones for optimal voice pickup and noise cancellation. According to the officials, the wearables support 35d noise reduction and offer ultra-low latency of 69ms, which is a great addition as it helps in online mobile gaming.

Redmi Buds 3 Pro

It should be mentioned that Pairing over Bluetooth 5.2, the device can also be connected to two smartphones at the same time, which makes it capable of switching between different handsets seamlessly.

The headset packs a 35mAh battery which should be good for 6 hours of playback on the earphones alone (3 hours if you’re using ANC) while the charging case brings a 470mAh cell for a total of 28 hours of usage.
