Xiaomi has just launched its Audio and Video Conference Speaker in China. It looks like a soundbar but in reality, it is much more. It is the first Xiaomi device aimed at video conferencing.
It has the same design as a soundbar/speaker but it packs a camera in the center, which is able to video call. Its main intention is to offer a new experience to users when it comes to remote conferences.

The Xiaomi Audio and Video Conference Speaker offers a 4K ultra-clear picture quality as well as clear sound quality. Furthermore, the product is powered by a Qualcomm APQ8053 octa-core processor which is built using a 14nm process.
It has support for a 12-degree wide-angle field of view and a 5-meter of smart pickup for face-to-face remote meetings. The other specifications and features of the device is under wraps, we expect that the company will soon reveal them.
Moreover, Lei Jun’s home has already announced the price of Xiaomi Audio and Video Conference Speaker. The device will be available on the Chinese market on June 10, at the cost of 1,999 yuan ($313).
