Upcoming Poco M3 Pro 5G leaked in a live video

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has scheduled the launch of Poco M3 Pro 5G today at 20:00 GMT +8. Meanwhile, ahead of the launch, YouTube channel ChinaMobileMag has published an unboxing video of the POCO M3 Pro 5G to showcase its real appearance.

The video shows that apart from the original device, the phone’s box will include all the common and necessary documents, a charger, a USB-C type cable, and a transparent case.

The punch hole screen of the M3 Pro supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a side-facing fingerprint sensor. The bottom edge of the phone has a microphone hole, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille. Its top edge has another speaker grille and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The camera module of the device has Poco branding and a 48MP triple camera system. The other two cameras are a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

In terms of software, it is seen running on MIUI 12.0.5 based Android 11 OS. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor and 6 GB of RAM. For storage, it has a built-in capacity of 128 GB and a hybrid SIM slot for adding a microSD card.

As per some old reports, Poco M3 Pro 5G is a rebadged variant of the recently launched Redmi Note 5G. Moreover, the phone is expected to arrive in three colors – black, yellow, and green.

When we talk about its price, a piece of new information reveals that the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model costs 179 euros and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at 199 euros.
