Redmi to launch Note 10T as Redmi Note 10 5G with slightly changed specs

Earlier last month, Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 10 lineup in Indian and global markets. However, the Indian Redmi Note 10 series has three phones – Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and Note 10 Pro Max. Whereas in global markets, adding to Note 10 and Note 10 Pro, the series includes Note 10 5G and Note 10S.

Furthermore, recently, we have been reported that the Redmi Note 5G will debut in China as Redmi 20X and as Poco M3 Pro in India. Meanwhile, a piece of new information claims that it will be launched as Redmi Note 10T in some markets.

The screenshot of an MIUI code shared by Xiaomiui on Twitter shows that Redmi Note 10 5G (global) and Redmi Note 10T (global) phones and the Redmi Note 10 have the same Camellia.

The leak reveals that the existing Note 10 5G will arrive in China with Note 10 moniker and in other countries with Redmi Note 10T moniker. These models will be equipped with a dual-camera system. There is no other information about the Chinese Note 10 and the Note 10T for global markets.

Moreover, the Note 10T device is expected to arrive as a successor to the Redmi Note 9T, which debuted at the beginning of this year. Probably, the Note 10T may go official at some point in the coming month.

REDMI NOTE 10 5G SPECIFICATION:

The Redmi Note 10 5G is the only member of the series that lacks an AMOLED screen. However, it comes with a 6.5-inch 1080p LCD display that can refresh at 90Hz and as low as 30Hz when the content doesn’t need it.

It is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 processor paired with 4GB/12GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Its camera setup includes a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP depth camera, and another 2MP macro camera. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera.

Moreover, its battery capacity is 5,000mAh that only supports 18W fast charging, slower than the other Note 10 series models.
