Xiaomi has no interest to solve several issues of MIUI 12

After starting the stable MIUI 12.5 release in the Chinese market, the company is now preparing to introduce the next version of MIUI, MIUI 13. In the meantime, the OEM is also trying to fine-tune the old versions but MIUI is still full of bugs and issues.

As per the new information, several Xiaomi users are reporting about the issues they are facing in their smartphones. However, some of these reports are already known by the moderators but it doesn’t mean that they all will be fixed with the arrival of new software updates.

Moreover, the bugs are also been told by older device users such as Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro. Their phones are having numerous errors such as – incorrect display of icons in dark mode, an involuntary appearance of a black screen during video playback, problems with displaying elements and icons in Always on Display mode.

Some have also reported problems with animation on the lock screen, freezing during games, glare and flickering on displays after unlocking, not closing notifications when restarting smartphones, as well as problems with sound and display of text in WhatsApp.

Besides Mi 9T/9T Pro, the restriction with random reboots on Redmi Note 9S and Redmi Note 9 Pro is still ongoing. Poco M3 owners complain about flaws in the MIUI 12 software, who are faced with the inability to turn on the smartphone after the latest updates.

Redmi Note 8 users are having problems with premature discharge and sound playback. These are not enough, there are more but sadly, Xiaomi’s developers never get around to fix them even after being known about them. For now, we can only hope that Xiaomi will soon look after these problems.
