New update along with March 2021 security patch rolling out for Redmi 9C NFC

Back in August 2020, Xiaomi introduced its MediaTek Helio G35 powered Redmi 9C smartphones. The handset entered the markets with some of the latest features of its age.

In terms of software, it came pre-installed with Android 10 based MIUI 12. Also, it is eligible to receive an Android 11 update. Besides, the Redmi 9C NFC is now receiving a new software update that mainly installs the March 2021 Android security patch.

This security update will save your device from unnecessary bugs and viruses as well as improves the security of your device’s system. Moreover, the latest update holds the Android 10 based MIUI1 2 version V12.0.7.0.QCSRUXM, which can be download in 1.7GB.

On the other hand, some other Xiaomi phones such as Mi 9 SE, Mi Note 10 Lite, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Poco X2, and more have already received the March 2021 security update. Among them, Mi Note 10 Lite becomes the first smartphone to collect it.
