Xiaomi has recently started to roll out the latest update for Redmi 9C NFC smartphones in Global markets. Meanwhile now, the Chinese OEM is sending this update in Europe and Russia.
This update installs the January 2021 Android Security patch for the system’s security enhancement. Also, the update can be identified by the Android 10 based MIUI 12 version in V12.0.6.0.QCSRUXM Russia and in V12.0.6.0.QCSEUXM Europe.

The device is now grabbing the latest Android security patch for the month of January. Currently, it is only accessible for global users. This security update enhances the system’s security to improve users’ experience.
