Meanwhile, following the new information, Xiaomi’s new blockbuster flagship smart device is under development. Leaks suggest that this is a foldable smartphone.

As per a known tipster – DigitalChatStation, Xiaomi’s first folding screen flagship mobile phone has already been connected to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This indicates that the phone is expected to be officially unveiled soon.
He further reveals that this product will adopt a completely non-opening design on the front, and its screen effect will be very good.
Moreover, previously, the blogger uncovered that the upcoming Xiaomi folding screen will be released before the Xiaomi tablet. It will have a larger screen size, good performance, and support for high refresh rates and high pixel lenses.
As per the news from Korean media, Samsung Display is apparently working on developing foldable OLED display panels for various companies such as Xiaomi, Oppo, and Google. These devices are reportedly launching this year.
Besides this, earlier we have seen some leaked live images of the upcoming Xiaomi phone, which is expected to be launched this year. The phone looks similar to what Xiaomi’s VP showcased a few years back but this one has a bigger display like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold2.
On the other hand, we have also been reported that Xiaomi may launch new foldable phones in 2021. The first will be out-folding, the second will be in-folding and the third will be clamshell. We can expect that this is the only in-folding phone for which Samsung is developing foldable OLED display panels.
