Xiaomi has started sending a new update for its affordable smartphone, the Redmi K40. It already received the major MIUI 13 update based on the Android 12 OS at beginning of the year.
Xiaomi’s Redmi K40 is now receiving a new software update that mainly installs the February 2022 security patch update. It is currently released for China and is expected to be released in other regions in a few days or weeks.
As usual, the monthly security patch protects your device from bugs and viruses for provides a seamless users experience. Moreover, the official changelog for this update improves the security and stability of the system.
