Xiaomi has started expanding the February 2022 security patch update for the ita older smartphone, the Redmi 8. It is currently released in Indonesia and is expected to be released in other regions in a few days or weeks.

The build number of the February 2022 security patch for Redmi 8 is V12.5.2.0.QCNIDXM. If users didn’t get the OTA release, then try to download a package of about 2.3 GB manually via the below link, this update is based on the Android 10 OS.
