Xiaomi MIUI 13 is now official. It comes with sets of new features, among them one is ‘MIUI Next’. This is one of the biggest functionality of MIUI 13 that will be available for both Android 12 as well as Android 11 devices in the future.
Moreover, with MIUI 13, Xiaomi focused on compatibility with more devices such as TVs, smartwatches, smart home appliances, and XiaoAi voice assistant. In addition, for the first time, the company has introduced a specific tablet version named MIUI 13 Pad.
It does mean that MIUI isn’t just a smartphone operating system now, but an operating system for multiple devices, hence, connecting more smart devices into a single network. Thanks to this, Xiaomi MIUI 13 users are now able to continue watching videos on other MIUI devices via the feature called MIUI Next.

With MIUI Next, while watching a video on your phone, you will be able to continue watching from your tablet with one touch. Not just tablets, you can also watch it on television, computers, and other smartphones as well.
The MIUI Next further allows file transfer, clipboard transfer, application transfer, etc from one device to another. You can transfer the music you listen to in MIUI 13 between devices like Mi Home, smart speaker, television, computer with just one drag move via a menu.
Similarly, you can resume playing the game or video on your different devices. Furthermore, the MIUI Next also allows users to see the data on their Xiaomi smartwatch as a panel above the video playing on your television.
