Xiaomi has officially announced that Xiaomi 12 will launch on December 28. However, it seems that Xiaomi 12 is not the only device that will make its debut on the day, other Xiaomi 12 series phones will also join it.
From the point of view of the models used by Lei Jun, Lu Weibing, and Wang Teng Thomas, the three models of the Xiaomi 12 series are the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 12X. They hinted at the names by writing posts on Weibo.
Unluckily, they don’t reveal other information regarding the phones. Although it is confirmed that Xiaomi will introduce three phones on December 28. Anyways, all of these phones with model numbers 2201123C, 2112123AC, and 2201122C are certified by the 3C and TENAA databases.

When the Xiaomi 12 and 12X battery charging support limited to 67W, the 12 Pro will support 120W rapid charging. Moreover, the vanilla and Pro models will be powered by a new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and 12X could equip Snapdragon 870 chipset.
When considering other Xiaomi1 2 series phones such as Xiaomi 12 Ultra and Xiaomi 12 Lite, they could go official in Q1 of next year. We may get some information about the future phones at the Xiaomi 12 launch on December 28.
Aside from phones, there’s also a report that MIUI 13 could also uncover at the same event. However, the officials are yet to confirm the report. If this goes true, Xiaomi 12 will run Android 12 based MIUI 13 OS out of the box.
