Later in May this year, Xiaomi launched Redmi AirDots 3 Pro, the first true wireless earphones from the Redmi brand that supports Active Noise Cancellation. After a gap of three months, the tech giant is planning to introduce another Redmi buds.
Earlier this morning, Redmi officially took Weibo to announce that the new true wireless earbuds will be called Redmi Buds 3. The company has even declared the schedule for its launch, which is 10 am on September 6.

However, the Weibo post doesn’t reveal any feature of the future earbuds but it does hint at the presence of low latency gaming mode. Also, it exposed the design as well as shared a render. According to the officials, the earbuds have a comfortable party-like semi-in-ear design.
Moreover, judging by the image shared by the company, the new audio product will have an Apple Airpods like-looks. But, the charging case will be square-shaped with an LED indicator and a button on the front.
Aside from this, soon after the official announcement, a famous Weibo blogger DigitalChatStation unveiled that the Redmi Buds 3 will appear with a Qualcomm QCC3040 chipset.
He further states that the product will support Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and the buds will be comfortable to wear.
Redmi TWS earbuds launching in India today
Xiaomi is also set to introduce Redmi 10 Prime smartphones in India today. Alongside this, the company will also be uncovering new Redmi earbuds, which are said to be the rebranded version of Redmi AirDots 3 Pro.
According to the official introduction, the Redmi true wireless earbuds will feature a Qualcomm chipset and support for aptX Adaptive codec. These are also teased to feature dual drivers apart from support for Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity.
They will offer the longest playback time that is up to 30 hours of battery life. These are splash and sweatproof earbuds that also come with smart touch and highly precise infrared sensors as well as Quick Pair support.
