Xiaomi began rolling out the MIUI 12.5 update for Poco X2 smartphones in India in July. Now the tech giant is sending another software update for the smartphone in the country.
The new update brings the August 2021 Android security patch that will help in improving the security and stability of your phone’s system. In addition, it will protect the device from bugs and viruses.

Besides this, there’s nothing that the changelog mentions. Poco X2 users may notice some minor changes and improvements after updating their smartphones.
Anyways, the update can be identified via the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 version V12.5.2.0.RGHINXM. To be mentioned, this firmware is only available for Mi Pilot testers at the moment. It will be rolled out for all Poco x2 users after ensuring stability.
