Xiaomi July 2021 Security Patch Details – New CVE Fixes

Xiaomi is currently busy providing the MIUI 12.5 updates for its eligible smartphones. However, the tech is also sending monthly security patches but it is getting late to release them.

Anyways, as scheduled, Google has released the July 2021 Security Bulletin for Android phones. These are the details for each of the security vulnerabilities that apply to the 2021-07-01 patch level.

According to the official documentation, the Google patches include patches up to Android Security Bulletin – July 2021 package. The Bulletin (July 2021) contains 3 Critical, 38 High, and 0 Moderate fixes.

It’s July and as the last few months, Xiaomi hasn’t begun sending the monthly security patches at the beginning. It could be because the tech giant is currently focusing on providing the MIUI 12.5 update to its eligible Redmi, Mi, and Poco smartphones.
