Back in December 2020, Xiaomi officially released the new version of its custom skin, MIUI 12.5 in China. Later the company released it in global markets and recently in India. However, as compared to MIUI 12.5 China, MIUI 12.5 India and globe has fewer features, which may be added in the near future.
Moreover, after delaying for a few months, the OEM has finally begun sending the stable MIUI 12.5 update for some of its eligible smartphones. At the same time, the company hasn’t stopped sending beta updates.

As per the new information, Xiaomi has started sending the new one, which can be identified by the build version 21.5.20. This update adds a network disk function to the Browser. This function provides incremental storage upgrades of legacy systems without disrupting data center operations.
