Redmi Note 10 Pro/Pro Max users facing slow charging issue

Nowadays, smartphones have become an important part of human life. All the OEMs are working on giving their best efforts in phone manufacturing and yes, they are being successful. The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is not different.

The company is continuously introducing new smartphones with new features and functions, which are being loved by the masses. But at the last, they are machines thus they too have problems, whether it could be software issues or UI bugs.

There have been many reports from several Redmi Note 10 Pro/Pro Max smartphone users on Twitter. On March 4, the phones launched with several new and advanced features, in which battery is one of the key features.

It comes with a 5,020mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It was reported that the device’s battery gets fully charged (from 0 to 100%) in just about 75 minutes. But the users’ report claims that their handsets are charging very slow.

Some reports say that their phone takes approx 1 hr and 50 min to fully charge while some say their phone takes more than 2 hrs. This is over 45 minutes from the required timing of 1 hr and 15 min which is surely not the standard for a 33W charger.

Right Now, the company hasn’t responded to the issues. We hope, these problems will soon reach Xiaomi heads and they will solve them as early as possible.
