Latest MIUI 12.5 beta update brings improved accessibility mode

Following China in December 2020, Xiaomi has successfully released MIUI 12.5 in all of its major smartphone markets. The company has even started rolling out the stable update for its eligible devices in various countries.

In the meantime, the OEM is continuously sending MIUI 12.5 beta updates to its eligible smartphones. Right now, the company is sending an update with build version 21.5.19. As per the changelog, it comes with an improved accessibility mode experience.

The Accessibility Menu is a large on-screen menu to control your Android device. You can control gestures, hardware buttons, navigation, and more. From the menu, you can take perform the following actions –

  • Take screenshots
  • Lock screen
  • Launch Google Assistant
  • Open Quick Settings and Notifications
  • Turn volume up or down
  • Adjust brightness

Other than this, a relatively better test version experience is expected to be released before 24 o’clock today. Due to the problem of being unusable in certain scenarios, the release of Mi 10, Mi 9, and Redmi K20 Pro is temporarily suspended today.

From May 2, 2021, if there is a behavior of irrigation and hope to increase the internal test score, it will greatly reduce the probability of passing the internal test.
