Poco F3 and X3 Pro launched globally, check full specification here

On March 22, 2021, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has officially launched its new smartphones, Poco X3 Pro and Poco F3 at the Power Meet Speed event. However, the Poco F3 is a rebranded version of the recently released Redmi K40, therefore, they share the same hardware.

Moreover, the Poco X3 Pro debuts a new flagship Snapdragon chipset while the Poco F3 offers even faster performance. Also, both phones are budget-friendly and value-driven. Below you can check the complete specification of the devices.

DISPLAY:

Both the devices flaunt a 6.67-inch display. The X3 Pro’s display is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 while the F3’s display has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection for durability improvements.

Smoother performance – 

With the AMOLED and LCD display alongside 120Hz refresh rate in Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro respectively, users can experience the scrolling even smoother.

Screen brightness – 

Thanks to the 900 nits brightness in the F3 and 450 nits in X3 Pro, users can continue to watch and scroll through social media posts even when outdoors.

True Display technology – 

The Poco F3 screen also has a True Display technology similar to Apple’s TrueTone feature, it helps in adjusting the white balance of the display depending on the light conditions.

PROCESSOR:

Poco F3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 mobile platform and the Poco X3 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 860 SoC.

SOFTWARE:

Both the devices come pre-installed with the latest Android 11 based MIUI 12 operating system.

CAMERA:

Rear Camera – 

In terms of camera configuration, on the rear, the Poco F3 has a triple camera setup while the X3 Pro has a quad-camera setup. Both the phones are adorned with a 48MP primary camera.

The other two cameras of Poco F3 are – 8MP ultra-wide and 5MP telemacro. And, in addition to the 48MP primary, the X3 Pro has an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth, and another 2MP macro lens.

Front Camera – 

These two handsets come with a 20MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Also, their selfie shooters support night mode.

DESIGN:

Talking about the design, the Poco X3 Pro now has an improved back design, featuring a matte-glass finish on its sides for better fingerprint resistance. Otherwise, the design is pretty much the same as the Poco X3.

And, the Poco F3 flaunts the same design as Redmi K40. A vertical rectangle camera module on the back and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
