Earlier this month, Xiaomi officially announced its Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphones in Indian and Global markets. However, the Pro models in both regions are only similar by the name, otherwise, they are different.
Moreover, a couple of days after the launch, we have witnessed, this smartphone received its first software update. And, now the company has again started to roll out a new firmware update.

The latest update mainly installs the March 2021 Android security patch. This security update saves your device from unnecessary bugs and issues as well as improves the system’s security.
Aside from this, the official changelog for the new firmware doesn’t mention any major changes, new features, or fixes. Meanwhile, last week, Xiaomi released the second batch device list for MIUI Global beta testers recruitment. Several Redmi and Mi devices including Redmi Note 10 Pro are already on the list. On the other hand, the freshest update holds the Android 11 based MIUI 12 version V12.0.6.0.RKFMIXM, and it weighs 2.9GB.
