Mi Home on Weibo officially announced that Xiaomi’s New Year festival will start in 2021. Xiaomi users can scan the QR code to query nearby Xiaomi’s home stores and participate in trade-in activities through mobile phones. The old device can receive a subsidy of up to 388 yuan.
According to Xiaomi’s official information, Mi 11, Mi 10, Redmi Note 9, and Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphones are participating in this. The event has already started on January 23 and will be held till February 18. Interested Xiaomi users can take part in this event via Xiaomi house.

- Users who spend over RMB 300 on the old devices can get an additional RMB 68 subsidy for the old one on the basis of the discount for the new model.
- If the user’s old machine is over RMB 800, they can get an additional payment of RMB 138 for the old one on the basis of the discount for the new model.
- Users who spend over 1,500 yuan on the old phone can get an additional 288 yuan bonus for the old handset on the basis of the discount for the new model.
- Users with an old phone of 2,000 yuan or more can get an additional 388 yuan payment for the old phone on the basis of the discount for the new model. However, the 388 yuan subsidy for the purchase of a new phone is limited to Xiaomi Mi 11.
