Xiaomi has started to roll out a new software update for Redmi 7A smartphones Globally. The latest update comes with November 2020 Android security patch. This security patch increases the security of the system.

Other than the security update, no major changes or features have been added to the device. It comes with the updated MIUI 11 version V11.0.5.0.QCMMIXM. Users will have to download the 3.2GB package to install this fresh update.
Previously, the device received December 2020 Android security patch in Europe and Russia which too doesn’t add anything new.
