The Chinese smartphone maker – Xiaomi has now officially revealed the launch date for the upcoming Mi 10i smartphones. It is set to be launched on January 5, confirmed by Xiaomi India on Twitter.
The news also reveals that the smartphone will feature a 108MP Primary camera. However, the company hasn’t confirmed the original branding of the device yet. But some old rumors suggest that this Mi 10i is a rebranding of the Redmi Note 9 Pro that was launched later the last month.

Since this phone is a rebranding of the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone, we can expect almost same features and specifications for Mi 10i. The Redmi Note 9 Pro features a quad-camera setup – 108MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and another 2MP depth camera.
It has a 16MP selfie camera, 4820mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and more. This device comes in Gray, Blue, Red/Mint color options while we can expect Black, Blue, and Orange-Green gradient color options for Mi 10i.
