Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi introduced its smart TV known as Redmi MAX TV. These are two variants of the television – 86-inch was launched earlier this year while 98-inch uncovered last year. Today, the tech giant officially announced that large-screen TVs will be renewed.
Redmi MAX 98-inch and Redmi MAX 86-inch two extra-large screens will be available at new prices, where buyers can get a 2,000 Yuan discount on each. The sale will start at 0:00 on September 1.

The Redmi Smart TV Max 98-inch features a 4K display with 85% NTSC, wide color gamut, and 192 dynamic backlight zones. It is powered by a customized 12nm chip, and it features MEMC motion compensation for smoother animation.
The television packs 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB of storage. It comes with XioaAI built-in, an intelligent home control center, and massive video and audio resources.
Redmi MAX 86-inch Smart TV Specifications
As the name suggests, the Redmi MAX series flaunts an 86-inch LED-backlit LCD panel with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K) and a 120Hz refresh rate. It equips a quad-core CPU (ARM Cortex-A73), ARM Mali-G52 MC1 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage.
It comes with 2 x 12.5 speakers to deliver a maximum sound output of 25W. These speakers also support Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD.
