Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 with Snapdragon 888+ SoC spotted at Geekbench database

Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is launching on August 10. Ahead of the launch, it has been spotted at Geekbench, which shows the same model number “M2106118C” that has recently bagged TENAA and 3C certifications.

The Geekbench listing reveals a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip that is equipped with a 3.00GHz prime core. The name of the SoC hasn’t been mentioned but the feature indicates that it is Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset.

If the speculation goes true, Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will be the world’s first smartphone to equip Snapdragon 888+ mobile platform. The listing further reveals 12GB of RAM and an Android 11 operating system.

Previously the TENAA listing revealed that it will be available in two storage variants such as 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. Although the device is likely to come in 12GB RAM + 512GB internal storage too.

Moreover, the device has the codename “Odin”. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, the handset scored 864 and 3181 points, respectively.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 4: What we know so far –

We already know that Mi Mix 4 will be Xiaomi’s leading under-display camera phone. It is reported that Mix 4 is the world’s first proactive solution for flexible curved screens. It will use hyperboloid screens that are said to be more delightful to the eyes than the four-curved screen.

Recently, a leaked live video shows that the front-facing camera sensor is placed in the middle of the screen. It is implemented such that there is no clear difference between the result of the front camera and the rear camera.

Moreover, the phone equips a 5000mAh battery with a 120W fast charging solution and a 50MP Samsung GN1s primary camera.
