Later in the last year, Xioami’s sub-brand Poco officially launched its Poco M3 smartphones in Europe and other markets earlier this year. It is a power-packed heavy-duty smartphone, comes with a dual palette design on the rear side.
In terms of software, it runs Android 10 based MIUI 12 OS out of the box and is still running on the same. However, it is eligible to receive Android 11 and MIUI 12.5 updates. Thus, it will soon get major software updates.

Right now, the device is receiving a new firmware update, which can be identified via the build version V12.0.3.0.QCMINXM. As per the changelog, it optimizes system performance to enhance users’ experience.
It further improves system security as well as stability. Currently, the new firmware is only accessible for European ROM users. It may be rolled out on a wider platform in the coming days or weeks.
Anyways, to experience this update, users will have to download and install the package of 2.7GB on their smartphones. Since it weighs more than 1GB, it is recommended that use an unmetered connection or WiFi to download and install it.
