It’s been almost 3 months when Xiaomi introduced the next version of MIUI, MIUI 12.5 in China. The version comes with a lot of new features, functions, changes, and improvements. However, the newest version is also available in international markets now.
Moreover, the OEM is regularly providing beta updates to its updated custom skin. Previously, it received version 21.3.15/16, which optimized some animation effects and fixed some known bugs.

Meanwhile, the MIUI 12.5 is again collecting a new beta update which comes with version 21.3.16. As per the update log, it added support for setting designated websites not to filter ads.
It further optimizes browser startup speed and fixed the problem of invalid clipboard copy in some scenes.

And, starting from April 24, 2021, Redmi Note7, Redmi Note7 Pro, Mi CC9e will stop the development version internal beta test.
