The Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi is going to uncover the brand new Mi 10S smartphone in China today. As per the official schedule, the launch conference will start at 2:00 PM (local time).
Just a couple of days ago, Lei Jun, the founder and CEO of Xiaomi has come forward to confirm that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Its quad-camera setup will include a 108MP main camera. And, it will come in three colors such as black, white, and blue.

Meanwhile now, Lei Jun took Weibo to reveal that the product will be a charging powerhouse. In detail, the Mi 10S will come with fast charging on three fronts – a 50W wired charging support, 30W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging support.
However, the battery capacity of the device has not revealed yet, speculations are rife that Mi 10S will sport around 5,000 mAh battery. Also, it is said that the phone can be used to charge other devices and in a swift manner.
Other than this, DxOMark audio quality test results for the handset have also been released earlier. According to the result, the symmetrical stereo speakers certified by Harman Kardon cause the device to win first place in DxOMark. With a score of 80 points, it gained the top position in both, recording and external playback.
Moreover, the image shared by the CEO confirms that Mi 10S will borrow its design from last year’s Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra smartphone. The image further shows a dual-LED flash on the camera module. The phone does not have a periscope lens – we are likely looking at the wide, ultra, macro, and depth shooters.
