Although the third quarter has not yet ended, and Tesla’s production and deliveries in this quarter are still unknown, analysts believe that the 511,000 vehicles delivered in the fourth quarter will set a new high for Tesla’s quarterly deliveries.

In the fourth quarter of last year, 305,840 vehicles were produced and 308,600 vehicles were delivered; in the first quarter of this year, 305,400 vehicles were produced and more than 310,000 vehicles were delivered.

The fourth quarter is usually the highest quarter for Tesla’s quarterly production and deliveries each year. With the Berlin Gigafactory and Texas, Gigafactory put into operation and increasing production capacity, and the Shanghai Gigafactory and Fremont Factory’s production continued to increase, it is not surprising that it hit a new high again in the fourth quarter of this year.

But whether Tesla can deliver more than 500,000 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of this year, as analysts expected, depends on whether the supply chain will be affected.
