Xiaomi 11T Pro gets August 2022 security update in Japan

Xiaomi has started rolling out a new August security update for the Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone users in Japan. This update mainly improves system security and provides stability. The version number of the update is V13.0.5.0.SKDJPXM. The size of the update is 3.7 GB.

Xiaomi has started rolling out a new software update for the Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone users that brings the July 2022 Android security update. It mainly improves system security and stability to maintain the user experience.

Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone now runs Android 12-based MIUI 13 and the latest patch is currently being rolled out in Taiwan and is expected to hit more markets in a few days or weeks.

How to update?

Open Settings > then tap on About phone > from here tap on the MIUI version, then click the “Check for updates” button to start the update checking procedure.
