Xiaomi is going to unveil its high-end flagship series, Redmi K40 tomorrow (February 25). The series is reportedly having two smartphones, Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro.
However, with each passing day, we have gained more and more information about the series but we were not confirmed about its specs. Meanwhile now, Lu Weibing, the general manager of Xiaomi has today shared some detail about smartphones.

According to him, K40 is not only a true flagship but also a “game flagship”. He further said that the Redmi K40 will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 flagship processor.
It will equip the E4 flagship straight screen with a 120Hz high brush, and support Dolby Atmos as well as dual Hi-Res gold standard. Besides this, Lu Weibing also stated that the performance of Redmi K40 in “game optimization” is “temporarily confidential” and will be announced tomorrow night.
Other than this, it is said that the camera configuration of both devices may be different from each other. Although the phones are expected to have an AI triple-camera setup on the back. It is also said that the K40 will feature a 64MP primary camera and the K40 Pro will be equipped with a 108MP main camera.
Apart from this, previously, Lu Weibing on Weibo posted the image of Redmi K40’s packing boxes, one was thick while the other one was thin. It indicates that the K40 will either have different variants or it will not provide a charger in some boxes.
